The PCI GP-SSE board samples the data on the rising edge of the clock and stores it in host memory by the PCI GP-SSE DMA. It provides a simple, flexible low cost solution for Telemetry, Satellite and Monitoring applications.
Two 9 pin D connectors are provided, one for each channel. Each channel accepts a differential data signal (two wires) and a differential clock (two more wires) at standard ECL signal levels. All incoming signals are terminated through 50 ohms to -2 volts.

Device drivers for Solaris™, Windows tm, and Linux are included with the PCI GP-SSE. VxWorks (selected platforms) and MacOS drivers available on request. The driver provides access to the PCI GP-SSE through standard and asynchronous read and write system calls. A DMA ring buffer management library is provided for high speed continuous transfers.
Custom cables suited to your application can be provided.
