Description

The PCI interface connects a mezzanine board to the PCI local bus. It provides DMA and target access resources. The high-speed 16-channel DMA controller allows flexible access to host memory. A large user-programmable Xilinx and memory allow flexible application data processing.

The PCI SS is similar to the PCI GS, and both can be used as a base platform for EDT Mezzanine boards. The PCI SS is more economical whereas the PCI GS has a larger, more powerful Xilinx and higher memory capacity, for more agressive development.

A bridge board is available to connect two main boards.
